The firm has a capable and friendly real estate team which includes an experienced residential property and conveyancing specific team. The team undertakes the usual staple of property sales and disposals but with the emphasis on personal service rather than volume conveyancing.

As work flow increases our client is seeking an additional residential conveyancing solicitor. Ideally you will have some experience working on matters from exchange to completion and it will be advantageous if you have had some experience of leasehold enfranchisement however that is not essential.

The team is focused on service delivery and as such the team are not driven by a volume model. As such the residential team is built on personal relationships which means that the team is very friendly and open and a far cry from a number of firms where volume work sits at the heart of their model.
